JD-124 High strength multicomponent polyurethane waterproofing coating for high-speed rail is cured film through A,B two component reaction. A component is a kind of prepolymer containing terminal isocyanate groups which take polyethers and polyisocyanates as raw material to get together and react; B component is a hybrid processing of paste composite by crosslinking agents, accelerators, toughening agents, tackifiers, fungicides, fillers, pigments and so on. The A, B components were mixed using a certain proportion. Stiring well and then scratch on the base surface. After several hours reaction and solidify to form a flexible, tough but also a durable waterproof coating. The coating has excellent heat resistance, adhesion and shear properties. The formation of high-strength elastic coating after the construction of bridge can withstand long bridge load exercise and prevent structural damage caused by water leakage, corrosion, concrete carbonization, greatly extending the life of the bridge.

1.Shear ability, excellent high and low temperature performance. Waterproof layer at -50 ℃ ~ + 160 ℃ conditions can still resist the heavy load movement and horizontal shear;
